1. Objeto del consentimiento

Al marcar la casilla correspondiente, usted autoriza expresamente a RLABS SpA a contactarlo una única vez para invitarlo a una entrevista de investigación cualitativa, complementaria al cuestionario que acaba de completar.

2. Naturaleza de la entrevista

• Modalidad: videollamada o llamada telefónica, según su preferencia.

• Duración estimada: 30 minutos.

• Contenido: preguntas semi-estructuradas para profundizar en su experiencia profesional adaptándose al uso de inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de software, en el contexto del marco teórico Mixer Mode + Meta-Software.

• Carácter académico: la entrevista forma parte del trabajo de investigación científica de RLABS, en el marco de un proyecto de tesis doctoral y futuras publicaciones revisadas por pares.

• Grabación: la entrevista podrá ser grabada únicamente con su consentimiento expreso al inicio de la misma; la grabación se utilizará exclusivamente para transcripción y análisis, y será destruida una vez transcrita y validada.

3. Tratamiento de los datos obtenidos

• Su nombre y datos de contacto se utilizarán exclusivamente para coordinar la entrevista.

• Las respuestas y citas de la entrevista serán anonimizadas antes de su análisis. Cualquier cita textual incluida en publicaciones científicas será atribuida a un pseudónimo o descriptor genérico (p. ej. "Software Engineer, 10+ years experience, Latin America"), sin posibilidad de reidentificación.

• Usted podrá solicitar, en cualquier momento durante o después de la entrevista, que cualquier porción específica sea excluida del análisis.

4. Revocación

Usted puede retirar este consentimiento en cualquier momento:

• Antes del contacto: escribiendo a [email protected] o utilizando el endpoint /v1/consent con action revoke. En este caso, no recibirá invitación.

• Después del contacto y antes de aceptar la entrevista: declinando la invitación. No hay consecuencias.

• Después de realizada la entrevista: solicitando la eliminación o exclusión de sus respuestas del análisis, sin perjuicio de las publicaciones ya en curso.

5. Compromiso de no spam

• RLABS se compromete a un único contacto por respondiente bajo este consentimiento. Si usted no responde dentro de 30 días corridos, el contacto se considera cerrado y no se le volverá a escribir.

• Si usted acepta y completa la entrevista, RLABS podrá contactarlo nuevamente solo para fines de validación de citas, previa autorización explícita en la entrevista misma.

6. Independencia respecto al uso del Instrumento

Negar este consentimiento no afecta en absoluto el procesamiento del cuestionario que acaba de completar, ni la recepción de su informe diagnóstico, ni cualquier otro derecho.

1. Object of consent

By ticking the corresponding box, you expressly authorize RLABS SpA to contact you once to invite you to a qualitative research interview, complementary to the questionnaire you have just completed.

2. Nature of the interview

• Mode: video call or phone call, at your preference.

• Estimated duration: 30 minutes.

• Content: semi-structured questions to deepen our understanding of your professional experience adapting to AI use in software development, in the context of the Mixer Mode + Meta-Software theoretical framework.

• Academic character: the interview is part of RLABS' scientific research work, in the context of a doctoral thesis project and future peer-reviewed publications.

• Recording: the interview may be recorded only with your express consent at its start; the recording will be used exclusively for transcription and analysis, and destroyed once transcribed and validated.

3. Treatment of data obtained

• Your name and contact details will be used exclusively to coordinate the interview.

• Interview responses and quotes will be anonymized before analysis. Any verbatim quote included in scientific publications will be attributed to a pseudonym or generic descriptor (e.g. "Software Engineer, 10+ years experience, Latin America"), with no possibility of re-identification.

• You may request, at any time during or after the interview, that any specific portion be excluded from analysis.

4. Withdrawal

You may withdraw this consent at any time:

• Before contact: by writing to [email protected] or using the /v1/consent endpoint with action revoke. In this case, you will not receive an invitation.

• After contact and before accepting the interview: by declining the invitation. No consequences.

• After completing the interview: by requesting the deletion or exclusion of your responses from analysis, without prejudice to publications already in progress.

5. Anti-spam commitment

• RLABS commits to a single contact per respondent under this consent. If you do not reply within 30 calendar days, the contact is considered closed and you will not be written to again.

• If you accept and complete the interview, RLABS may contact you again only for quote validation purposes, upon explicit authorization given during the interview itself.

6. Independence from Instrument use

Refusing this consent does not affect at all the processing of the questionnaire you have just completed, the receipt of your diagnostic report, or any other right.
