1. Objeto del consentimiento

Al marcar la casilla correspondiente, usted autoriza expresamente a RLABS SpA a enviarle, por correo electrónico, los hallazgos consolidados del estudio Two Pillars Protocol cuando la muestra alcance el umbral mínimo de validez estadística (N ≥ 200 respondientes por área funcional).

2. Naturaleza de la comunicación

• Frecuencia máxima: un único correo cuando el umbral N=200 sea alcanzado por área funcional, más un correo anual con la actualización del estudio mientras éste continúe abierto.

• Contenido: distribución agregada de Mixer Index, dimensiones organizacionales D1–D4, prevalencia de patrones P1–P13 en su área funcional, comparación entre pares anonimizados, y enlaces a las publicaciones científicas resultantes.

• Sin contenido comercial: este consentimiento no autoriza a RLABS a enviarle publicidad, ofertas de servicios consultivos, ni cualquier otra comunicación comercial. Únicamente hallazgos académicos.

3. Limitaciones expresas

RLABS se compromete a no usar este consentimiento para:

• Envío de boletines comerciales o promocionales.
• Marketing de productos o servicios de RLABS o de terceros.
• Cesión a partners comerciales o de marketing.

Cualquier comunicación comercial requeriría un consentimiento adicional, distinto y específico.

4. Revocación

Cada correo enviado bajo este consentimiento incluirá un enlace de darse de baja con un solo clic (one-click unsubscribe, RFC 8058), sin necesidad de iniciar sesión ni completar formularios. Adicionalmente:

• Puede revocar este consentimiento escribiendo a [email protected].
• Puede utilizar el endpoint /v1/consent con action revoke.
• La revocación es efectiva en un plazo máximo de 5 días corridos.

5. Periodo de vigencia

• Este consentimiento es vigente mientras el estudio Two Pillars Protocol permanezca abierto y RLABS continúe procesando respuestas.

• Si el estudio se cierra, recibirá una notificación final con el conjunto consolidado de hallazgos, y el consentimiento se considerará agotado.

6. Independencia respecto al uso del Instrumento

Negar este consentimiento no afecta en absoluto el procesamiento del cuestionario que acaba de completar ni la recepción de su informe diagnóstico individual.

1. Object of consent

By ticking the corresponding box, you expressly authorize RLABS SpA to send you, by email, the consolidated findings of the Two Pillars Protocol study when the sample reaches the minimum threshold for statistical validity (N ≥ 200 respondents per functional area).

2. Nature of the communication

• Maximum frequency: a single email when the N=200 threshold is reached per functional area, plus one annual email with study updates while it remains open.

• Content: aggregated distribution of Mixer Index, organizational dimensions D1–D4, prevalence of patterns P1–P13 in your functional area, anonymized peer comparison, and links to resulting scientific publications.

• No commercial content: this consent does not authorize RLABS to send you advertising, consulting service offers, or any other commercial communication. Only academic findings.

3. Express limitations

RLABS commits not to use this consent for:

• Sending commercial or promotional newsletters.
• Marketing of RLABS or third-party products or services.
• Transfer to commercial or marketing partners.

Any commercial communication would require an additional, distinct and specific consent.

4. Withdrawal

Each email sent under this consent will include a one-click unsubscribe link (RFC 8058), with no need to log in or complete forms. Additionally:

• You may withdraw this consent by writing to [email protected].
• You may use the /v1/consent endpoint with action revoke.
• Withdrawal is effective within a maximum of 5 calendar days.

5. Validity period

• This consent is valid while the Two Pillars Protocol study remains open and RLABS continues processing responses.

• If the study closes, you will receive a final notification with the consolidated findings set, and the consent will be considered exhausted.

6. Independence from Instrument use

Refusing this consent does not affect at all the processing of the questionnaire you have just completed nor the receipt of your individual diagnostic report.
